CONCEPT
Iheanyi and Ngozi Nzekwe are baby boomers who
presently reside in Lekki Phase 1, a high brow area
in Lagos Nigeria. They have decided to downsize
from a 7 Bed Detached Duplex, to an Exclusive
Luxury 4 bed Apartment at Belmonte PRIVE on
Bourdillon Road Ikoyi - Lagos Nigeria. The Luxury
Apartment created for those who are looking for
luxurious accommodation that meets the highest
standards and emphasizes the status of the owner.
One of the couple’s hobbies is travelling and lodging
in the best High-end 5 star hotels and Luxury Hotel
Apartments in different parts of the world. They are
very well aware of technology and have exquisite
taste. They are also great entertainers, and would
like their interior design to take into account the
specifics of the place and blends harmoniously into
the surroundings to be stunning and the best they
could ever imagine, with comfort and coziness that
suits their style.

CONCEPT
The Interior Design of the Elite Apartment
is akin to a luxurious hotel , designed in
style of Art Deco with charming touches
of Neoclassicism and Modern style. The
modern design of the interior reflects not
just fashion trends in one or another
stylistic direction but also sets a mood for
future fashion trends. The rich décor
gives the apartment a special charm of
the luxurious space, being seasoned with
High – End Designer furniture pieces and
Unique Accessories. It perfectly reflects
the depth and understanding of the
essence of the life style of Iheanyi and
Ngozi Nzekwe.

4. MASTER
BEDROOM
LUXURY & MODERN CLASSIC BEDROOM DESIGN
Our home is our sanctuary, more especially the bedroom. It
gives us the perfect convenient and the most relaxing place
that would be able to help us refresh in everyday life after a
very long day of work, pollution and other activities. That is
why the bedroom should always look relaxing and full of
comfort.

5. This bedroom interior is inspired with a Hotel like design, it would
have a deluxe styled concept. All the special features of this
bedroom especially represents a very luxurious mood that
makes it extra unique.
A grand bed design with high headboard leaning on adorned
wall treatment has been perfectly chosen to have the best pick
on the fabrics and materials. The bed will be placed above the
large area rug at the center of the area accompanied by the two
sets of night stand with table lamps, statement chandelier and a
nice division of design for the ceiling with a perfect blending of
lighting to bring an extra coziness to the full area. A bench is
placed at the foot of the bed to add an extra fullness and comfort
to the room.
A very comfortable sitting area will be arranged beside the
luxurious bed with end tables and a curved standing lamp. This
sitting area happens to have a very nice view overlooking the
beautiful city of Ikoyi.
On the other side of the bedroom we have put up a powder area
that can be a small study area too.
The full glass sliding door covered by very lush silk dark tone
black-out fabric window treatment with light tulle inner window
treatment tucked in the ceiling cornice will be relevant. Such a
combination will look harmonious and even during the day it will
be possible to create a pleasant twilight for relaxation.

6. Artistic mirrors, paintings and exceptional pieces of decorative
materials is scattered on the entire walls of the bedroom.
Having the best combination of neutral hues represents the
modernity and uniqueness and would be a great option of color
varieties for curtains, bed linens, cushions etc.
The chest of drawers which serves as both a television bench and an
extra storage is placed opposite the bed with the television hung on
the accent wall above.

century. The timeless elegance of the neoclassical interior

lifestyle. The color in this bedroom is a bright and lovely color
in either Fuschia Pink, Red, Purple or Burgundy, which will

The headboard is the best feature which also set a focal

STYLISH AND TRENDY MASCULINE BEDROOM INTERIOR DESIGN
Our team always assures every client has the most unique and World-Class design and decorations of any
interior space. Being adventurous when it comes to combining new color ideas with neutral colors and all
decorative materials will always help to have a great result with a very unique and stylish design. On the
first glance at the room you’ll see how stylish the bed design is by having a combination of neutral and
green tea colored beddings and a very nice design of the entire bed. Two very artistic night stands with
very nice side lamps are perfectly installed on both sides of the bed. A matching washed out leather
relaxing chair with a footstool is placed at a corner of the room with a standing lamp. A chest of drawer is

The home office requires a distinctive interior design that
has to follow the selected concept design. The main goal

accent area of the Luxury Apartment. The design of this
