The visit is reserved for a limited number of participants, taking into account safety regulations.
The price includes the visit and a tasting of fine wines.
The price depends on the number of visitors
For example, for a group of 16 people, the price would be €390 per person.
For a group of 32 people, the individual price is €290.
However, those wishing to register are warned of the possibility of cancellation if the minimum number required for the visit is not reached.
They will be reimbursed in full by the Argentier.
We will be starting with a group of 32 people: the first to register, having paid the sum of €290, will be the first to be selected.
We will come back to you regularly from 1er October 2023, to keep you up to date with the real situation regarding the number of participants and the
corresponding price.

How to fill in your registration form
In the case of a registration outside of Weezevent, it is imperative to fill out, sign and send to the Argentier this registration form.
The person completing the registration and payment must enter his/her details as Participant #1 (l) and enter the details of the other
participants on the lines below. Confirmation of registration will be sent to this person at the e-mail address indicated, for all the
participants listed. If one of the participants wishes to be inducted or to receive a promotion, the corresponding "Induction" box must be
ticked.
If, for a given event on the list, not all the participants identified register for it and therefore the number of participants entered in column
(3) is less than the number of participants listed at the top of the Registration Form, the indexes (l) of the participants who register for it
should be specified in addition in column (3) Registration fees.
For registration to be valid, payment must include the registration fee (5) for each participant in accordance with their status and the
payment date as defined in the special terms and conditions of sale.

Payment can be made on Weezevent, by bank transfer or by cheque according to the following practical
procedures:

This method of registration does not require you to complete the registration form and formally records
acceptance of these special conditions. It also allows you to take out cancellation insurance. You will
receive an E-Ticket confirming your registration.

Confirmation of registration
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you as soon as payment is received,

Transport
For excursions, coach transport will be organised from the hotel chosen for the event.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations after November 5th 2023 will not be reimbursed, even partially. It is possible to take out
cancellation insurance with your Weezevent order.
In the event of force majeure, such as government measures making it impossible to hold the event, it will be
reimbursed in full.
Health constraints
In the event of food allergies or intolerances, the person must inform the receptionist before each meal.
Waiver of recourse
By attending organised by the Bailliage de la Principauté de Monaco de la Chaine des Rôtisseurs, the
participant acknowledges that he/she is covered by civil liability insurance and declares that he/she waives any
recourse against the organiser, third parties contributing to or participating in the event, whether as a legal entity
or an individual.
Image rights
By agreeing to take part in the event, the participant accepts the conditions associated with IMAGE RIGHTS for the
benefit of the Bailiff's Office of the Principality of Monaco, i.e. that he/she expressly authorises the taking of one
or more photographs (fixation, recording, digitisation) representing him/her, as well as the reproduction,
distribution and publication, by any means and on any media, of one or more photographs representing him/her
within the framework(s) strictly set out below:

Monaco" or "la Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs" or the social networks of these associations.
Illustration of press articles (print and online) about the event
All external (presentations, etc.) and internal (newsletters, e-news, etc.) communication media relating
to the Association La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs or the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. This authorisation is
given for an unlimited period.
