Diet Plan: Start your day, let’s say at 7.00 AM
7.00 AM with Tulsi (Basil) leaves & ginger.
7.30 AM: Drink 500 ml of Khatta juice means
(Orange, Sweet Lime, Kinu, Malta) juice after
30min of Tulsi & ginger.
Eat 500gms or more fruit after juice and before
12 pm. All sorts of seasonal local fruit you can
have. Eat again before you feel hungry till 12pm if
require.
12.30 PM & 8.30 PM: Eat salad pprox.. 500
gms including medium beat root, black pepper
and lemon. Eat whatever you can eat as raw. If
you can’t then steam it even it can’t be possible
to eat then boiled as a salad.
Take 2-3 different color of item in salad like
cucumber, radish, carrot, lettuce, sprouted
beans, 50 GMs raw coconut.
