The fabric constructions were re-
engineered with help of Technical
Team to meet quality standards
INVISTA™ US Lab immediately
undertook wash trials and
provided Technical guidelines for
garment wet process to meet
quality standards
Technical support provided to
streamline Spinning and Core
Spinning with THERMOLITE® fiber
to achieve good yarn quality
To be more cost-effective and
have better control on yarns,
Arvind needed to work on
inhouse Spinning
INVISTA™ US Lab tested the
garments and they did not have
good wicking i.e. moisture
management
Fabrics developed within timeline
but some fabrics did not meet
TOUGH MAX™ LYCRA® fabric
quality standards
Fiber had to be air-shipped due to
tight timeline
The yarn spinner, RSWM, had to
make yarns within 2 weeks
Arvind had to make the fabrics in
less than a week
Sample garments had to be
prepared within a week at
Kenpark in Bangladesh
