• To design, develop and coordinate language programs and certifications. To follow students’ progress
and counsel on the bilingual program development and assessment by showing the guidelines for the
development of the teaching-learning process and the ESL program.
• To encourage; through language teaching, abilities such as observation, deduction and induction, the
strengthening of the global awareness, respect and the development of students creativity on language.
• To participate on the selection process of teachers specialized in language teaching
• To hold periodical academic meetings with the staff to show them the guidelines to develop the academic
and cultural programs.
• To promote the design, creation and use of materials, resources, media technology and didactic
strategies that enable a better learning process.

• Hiring personnel
• Development of the bilingual program (sistema UNO).
• Coordinate the implementation of bilingual section and development of English Language program of the College.
• coordinating the academic action with strategies of education and training in conjunction with educators.
• ESL Nursing. Ensure that students of nursing certify in the language and thus achieve their recruitment in the
various American programs.
• Design instruments for keeping records and controls that make it easy to manage, optimize and give a follow up to
the teachers, to the English language program and projects.
• To encourage and support the participation of my staff in academic and investigative activities for the
achievement of goals.
• To mediate conflict situations with parents and students, provide support and give a solution to the problems
related to the programs both bicultural as ESL, teachers and the school environment.

the most accredited certifications. Some examples of certifications are: TKT-IELTS KET-PET-, etc.

During the time that I worked at the University I proposed strategies that would improve the academic level and the
positioning of the preparatory committee. Recruited by the first time foreign teachers and creates an opening for the
globalization of the high school students.
My work in the coordination of the UVM included the revision of curricula, programmatic advances, Schedules weekly
and semi-annual, the continuous improvement of the teaching staff the treatment with students teachers and parents and
everything that encompasses coordination

was the academic experience, cultural more important than was achieved during the time that I worked on UVM. Ibwc
(The International Conference of the Americas), was the meeting point for more than 2000 young people from Latin
America and is the model of the United Nations most important of Latin America. The event was attended by a total of 25
young people at the national level that represented Mexico in this important model, which was held in the Dominican
Republic taking an outstanding participation, the importance of this event was not only academic, since they changed the
model of the study trips for always.
It was the first time that any coordination of the University led to their students to an international congress of this nature,
UVM Campus Torreón was which provided more students at the national level.
Summer 2009.
The opportunity of a scholarship is presented in the Global Village School in Vancouver Canada, in which I participated
during 6 weeks.
