In
1979
Mr
Robert
became
President
of
the
firm

1983
assumed
the
role

Chairman

CEO.

March

1986
he
became
a
principal
owner
of
Oppenheimer
through
a
management
buyout.
He
resigned
from
the
firm
in
1997,
after
a
sale
to
the
Canadian
Imperial
Bank
of
Commerce.

2005
to
2008
he
served
as
Chairman
and
CEO
of
Renaissance
Institutional
Management
LLC.
Mr
Robert
is
a
former
Director
of
the
Xerox
Corporation
and
of
the
NAC
Reinsurance
Corporation.

Mr.
Echavarria
was
a
Managing
Director
of
Highbridge
Capital
Management
and
Co
Head
of
Business
Development,
a
$40
billion
dollar
asset
management
firm
based
in
New
York
City.
Before
joining
Highbridge
Capital
Management
in
August
2009,
Mr.
Echavarria
was
a
Partner
at
Renaissance
Technologies,
co-‐heading
its
$17
billion
dollar
Family
Office
and
Bank
Platform
Business.
Prior
to
Renaissance,
Mr.
Echavarria
served
as
co–head
for
a
family
office
investment
and
advisory
group
within
Citigroup’s
Private
Wealth
Management
Division.
He
has
also
worked
as
a
Financial
Consultant
with
Bank
of
America
Corporation
and
Merrill
Lynch
advising
high
net
worth
individuals,
families
and
corporations.
Mr.
Echavarria
currently
serves
on
the
Board
of
Directors
of
the
Henry
Street
Settlement,
CAIS,
Equator,
Compas
and
Inter
Energy
and
is
also
on

Finance
Committee

Corona
Foundation.
Mr.
Echavarria

RBC

Management

Bank,
developed
their
first
securities
operation,
focused
in
non-‐discretionary
Asset
Management
in
Miami.
In
1997
Joined
Citibank,
where
he
became
a
Managing
Director
and
ran
the
Special
Situations
Group
for
Latin
America,
a
$500
million
portfolio
dedicated
to
Distress
Debt,
Mezzanine
Financings
and
Private
Equity
Investments.
Currently
serves
on
the
board
of
InterEnergy,
Compañia
Electrica
de
Punta
Cana
Dominican
Republic.

Benavente
received
