IMPORTANT KEY NOTES
 A photocopy of all the documents along with the
original must be brought to AQCS.
 Export certificate is valid for 10 days from the date of
issue / Examination in AQCS.
 All the above documents shall be submitted self-
attested/ by an authorized person (Original and
Xerox copy) to the Quarantine office with Pet Animal
7 days prior to embarkation for obtaining the NOC
with prior appointment.
