As you can see, ‘Kerrang!’ and ‘Broadcast’ are very alike.

‘Top of the pops’ is different to ‘Broadcast’ because the target

7. To conclude
In conclusion, my magazine has a similar theme to ‘Kerrang!’ and this is shown by
how the colours, text, fonts, layout and images are reoccurring throughout
‘Broadcast’ and ‘Kerrang!’.
I wanted my magazine to portray Kerrang’s style and represent particular social
groups because that is the style of music I enjoy.
I compared my magazine to ‘Top of the pops’ because I wanted to show exactly
how my magazine was specific to a genre of music. For this, I showed how the
colours, fonts, text and images are different in ‘Top of the pops’ to my magazine.
Every magazine has its own target audience and it all depends on specific taste
and interest of the potential buyers.
