Comparison between Gmail and outlook mail

Gmail is
provided by
Google, while
Outlook is
provided by
Microsoft
Hotmail.
Interface
Interface
of both are
comparatively
same. Gmail has
some additional
user and sender
info than Hotmail.
Gmail Interface looks like
While hotmail interface is just like

Storage
Gmail provides 15Gb of storage while outlook provides virtual
unlimited storage. Means to say when we create our Gmail account. Its
storage is given to us on the spot. We can incraese the copacity by
upgrading it.
While in outlook as the data is received or retrieved, the storage increases or decreases accordingly.
Attching file copacity
Gmail can provide the attching copacity upto 25mb.
although it gives us the facility to access our cloud and send the
attachment.
While hotmail can send 33mb of attachment copacity.
it gives us the facility of onedrive to send the attachment.
Organization
It includes the labeled combinations of tags and
folders. It can
automatically filter
the mails .
It can set priority of
inbox messages. Just like the
inbox is set in primary priority.
Here social activities and promotion mails are separated as
called so organized.
While in outlook all the messages are in folders.
It includes the sweap feature. Its organization is fairly automatic.

Accessibilty
Single Google
account allows access to
all the other servises of
Google. It also provides
as a third party services.
It also support
pop and imap support
which helps in
synchronizations. Which
is a separately a complete process.
While outlook have access to pop only. It cant synchronized the changes made by third party or
make any change to server.
Security
Both of the providers give the 2 step verifcation to access the mail.
Conclusion
If we don’twant to retrieve data for a long time or you want to clean email
and web mail automically.
Then we should work with outlook.
While, if we want to becomea power user of our electronic mail then, we
should use gmail.

Ticket
1) For reservation of any ticket, We have to download the
application first.

creating a account or as a guest.

3) Then, the interface will be shown. On which diiferent labels
are shown.
4) Helpline guide us about the queries.
5) Timing label shows the stations and the route for all
trains.
6) Freight is used by the bussiness mans, where they
transport their goods.

response. It include the
development according to the
requirement of user.

used to check
the status of
tickets you
owned. You
can edit your
tickets here.

travel.
b. Then select the track, and time.
c. Then the railways, availiable at
that time are scheduled. We have to select the company
conveniant for us. Also check the expenses.
d. Then, we have the details.
e. Then reserve the seat convenient
for you.
f. Then, there are some payment
methods.
g. Finally, some time is given for
payment. Else the transaction will be
expired.
h. We will get
the details
in the form of message, if we paid them.
