The Lynnfield Housing Report for September 2013 saw a 5% increase in homes for sale compared to August, yet turn-key homes priced right still sold quickly. Open house traffic dropped significantly from the spring, with 10-15 people attending on average instead of 40-50 previously. Bidding wars continued for homes priced correctly, but with fewer offers of 2-3 compared to the 10-15 seen earlier.
