• I have taught classes at Universal Technical Institute since September 4, 2000. I delivered the Ford
Motor Company Brake and Steering curriculum from September 2002 until February 2004 as part of
the Ford FACT program at UTI. As a FACT Instructor, the classes I taught were built from the
manufacturer class guides and were exact “mirror images” of the courses delivered at the Factory
Regional Training Center, with the factory web-based courses added to the class as well. Train the
Trainer certified in Noise Vibration and Harshness, Steering and Suspension, and Diesel Engine
Performance. As a TTL, I was in charge Training Aid repair and upkeep, building classes as a STARS
Administrator for the Career Entry Program on the Ford STARS web site, purchasing for 7 different
