This video tutorial will show how to convert a Word Doc in office 2007 to PDF. This is very easy employ. From Office Menu click "SAVE AS" then” PDF or XPS" and save the file. The file will be converted to PDF. But sometimes this option ( pdf or xps) is absent in some cases.
Then you have to down load a file SaveAsPDF.exe from internet. Install the file and you will find the option in save as menu.

  2. 2. Click Office ICON top left corner
  3. 3. GO TO “SAVE AS”
  4. 4. CLICK “PDF or XPS”
  5. 5. Save The File Where You Want
  6. 6. Document will be converted to PDF
  7. 7. But If You Don’t find “PDF or XPS” In Save As Menu? Follow these steps
  8. 8. Type " word to pdf save” or " saveaspdf.exe download" in Google
  9. 9. Click the first link
  10. 10. CLICK DOWNLOAD
  11. 11. CLICK THE FIRST OPTION AND NEXT
  12. 12. Click the “click here” if download not started
  13. 13. BE SURE YOU ARE DOWNLOADING SaveAsPDF.exe File
  14. 14. INSTALL THE “SaveAsPDF.exe”
  15. 15. After Successful Installation you will see the “PDF or XPS” Option in Save As Menu
