2. Quantic trading strategies are headed up by Portfolio Manager - ROSARIO PISANA
Rosario Pisana started his career as a Dealer and Prop Trader in the Treasury Department of AFX
Group, and is now responsible for sourcing and analysing new investment opportunities for the Global
Macro Fund offered through Quantic. Global Macro is an institutional fund offered by AFX’s asset
management division called Quantic.
Rosario Pisana is also involved in the due diligence and monitoring for Quantic’s portfolio management
mandate. Rosario holds an MSc in Financial Markets and Corporate Finance from the University of Turin
and is also a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
Quantic was founded in 2010 and has since provided a regulated managed account service to high net
worth individuals and institutional clients. Driven by the desire to offer the same high quality asset
management services to retail investors, the Tirthas strategies were formed on 2019.

statements represent the current position of what each trading strategy has achieved, on the clients
accounts that are traded with STO.

Simon Rickett partnered with AFX in 2019 and joined the team of Quantic Asset Management.
He currently holds the position of head of Business Development for Quantic Asset
Management. Simon’s focus is on expanding the Quantic Asset Management brand across
both institutional and retail investors.
Simon Rickett has a long standing history of raising capital in the retail managed account
arena. He has consulted with a range of money managers and assisted them with their sales
and marketing strategies of asset raising.
From 2013 to date he has worked with Brokers and Asset Managers both in the UK and
Australia under FCA and ASIC regulation in marketing the latest performing managed
accounts to investors.
