1- Rasm pirrolning 3D o`lchamdagi ko`rinishi
 Pirol - zaif kislotali xususiyatlarga ega aromatik besh a'zoli azotli geterotsikl. Suyak
yog'ida, shuningdek, ko'mir smolasida mavjud. Pirol halqalari porfirinlar tarkibiga
kiradi - o'simlik xlorofili, gemoglobinlar va sitoxromlar gemi va boshqa bir qator
biologik muhim birikmalar.
 Formula: C4H5N
 Molyar massasi: 67,09 g/mol
 Qaynash nuqtasi: 129 ° C
 IUPAC nomi: 1H-Pirrol
 Zichlik: 967 kg/m³
 Kimyo. formula: C4H5N
 Pirrol- 5 a`zoli bitta geteroatom saqlagan, to`yinmagan aromatic birikma.
 Tarkibida 4 ta C, 5 ta H va 1 ta N saqlagan birikma.
 Pirrol yog`sizlantirilgan suyaklarni quruq haydash bilan hosil qilinadi.
 Pirrol suyak moyidan ham ajratib olish mumkin.
 1300 C haroratda qaynaydigan suvda erimaydigan rangsiz suyuqlik.
Havoda qo`ng`ir tusga kiradi.
 Pirrol hidi xloroform hidini eslatadi.
 Tuzilishi. Uglerod atomlari va azot atomi sp2 gibridlanish holatidadir. Uglerod
atomlarining gibrid bo'lmagan orbitallarida 4 ta elektron va azot atomining gibrid
bo'lmagan orbitalida 2 ta elektron p-elektron aromatik sistemasini hosil qiladi.
 Piridindan farqli o'laroq, pirroldagi azot atomining elektron juftligi aromatik
tizimning bir qismidir, shuning uchun pirol amalda asosiy xususiyatlardan mahrum.
 Pirrolni dastlab Yuryev furanga alyuminiy oksid katalizatori ishtirokida 300-4000
haroratda ammiak ta`sir ettirib olgan.
 𝐶4𝐻4𝑂 + 𝑁𝐻3 → 𝐶4𝐻4NH + 𝐻2𝑂
 2) Atsetilenga ammiak ta`sir ettirib.

3)Katalizator ishtrokida 1,4 – butundial va ammiakning reaksiyasidan olinadi.

 Pirrol kuchsiz kislota hisoblanadi va aktiv metallar bilan reaksiyaga kirishadi.
 Pirrol diyenofillar bilan boshqacha yo`nalish bo`yicha reaksiyaga kirishadi.
 Pirrol malein angidridi bilan reaksiyasida 2- pirrol qahrabo kislotaning angidridi
hosil qiladi.
 Pirrol asta sekinlik bilan oksidlanganda oxirgi mahsulot sifatida malein kislota imidi
hosil bo`ladi.
 Pirrol elektrofil almashinish reaksiyalariga benzolga qaraganda oson kirishadi. Azot
bunda 1- tur o`rinbosar vazifasini bajardi.
 Almashinishda asosan 𝛼 holatda boradi va agar 𝛼 holat band bo`lsa 𝛽 holatga
boradi.
 Pirrol farmsevtikada, materialshunoslikda va tabiat mahsulotlarida keng tarqalgan.
 Pirrollar va ularning benzo hosilalari sinteziga Nor sintezi, Gantsch sintezi, Pall
Knorr kondensatsiyasi, Piloty Robinson sintezlarini misol qilishimiz mumkin.
 Funksionallashtirilgan pirrollar va ularning hosilalarini sintez qilishning erituvchisiz
sharoitda amalga oshirish eng keng tarqalgan.
 Nor pirrol sintezida – a-aminoketone yoki a-amino 𝛽 −
𝑘𝑒𝑡𝑜𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑓𝑎𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑎𝑠ℎ𝑡𝑖𝑟𝑖𝑙𝑔𝑎𝑛 𝑚𝑒𝑡𝑖𝑙𝑒𝑛 𝑏𝑖𝑟𝑖𝑘𝑚𝑎𝑠𝑖 𝑏𝑖𝑙𝑎𝑛 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑘𝑠𝑖𝑦𝑎 boradi.
 Paal-Knorr pirrol sintezida – 1,4 –dikarbonil birikmasi ammiak yoki birlamchi amin
bilan reaksiyaga kirishadi.
 Piloty – Robinson sintezida – boshlang`ich materiallar aldegid va gidrazinning
ekvivalent miqdordagi aralashmasi qo`llaniladi.
2- bosqichda olingan mahsulot benzoil xlorid bilan yuqori haroratda ishlanadi.
Bu reaksiya mikroto`lqinli nurlanish yordamida boradi. Reaksya mahsuloti qisman
tarkibini o`zgartirib turadi.
 Pirrol hosil qilgan birikmalar faol moddalar sifatida keng e`tirof qilingan. Bir qancha
faol moddalar hosil qiladiga pirrol halqa tizimidagi turli farmakoforlarga ega.
So`nggi o`n yillikda bu toifadagi birikmalar tomonidan namoyon bo`lgan
antibacterial faollik o`rganilib dori darmonlar ishlab chiqarishda qo`llanilmoqda.
 Pirrolning tabiiy birikmalariga gem, gemoglobin, oqsil, xlorofil kabilarni misol qilib
keltirishimiz mumkin.
