SUBJECT: LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FOR QODAMAH FOUZI HAMEED AL-
MIMORRY
To whom it may concern:
I gladly recommend Mr. Qodamah Hameed a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer who has worked
as a Designer, Engineer, and Inspector for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
Southern District, Gulf Region, and Adder Headquarter Office from December 2008 to present.
During this period he has served faithfully and honorably in support of the Coalition Forces
reconstruction efforts in Southern, Iraq.
While serving in this capacity, Qodamah was responsible for reviewing contract scopes of work,
specifications, drawings, submittals, providing cost analysis, site inspections, conducting
progress meetings, and ensuring the contractor preformed the work in accordance with the
contract documents. During his employment, Qodamah provided mechanical and electrical
expertise on over 100 Vertical projects and provide project engineering support on the Maysan
80 bed Hospital contract valued at over 13.3 Million dollars.
Qodamah utilized sound engineering practices and logical thought driven process which directly
contributed to success of each contract and project he reviewed. Qodamah efforts had direct and
positive effect on the Iraqi people, and served as a reflection of his exceptional abilities as an
Engineer.
Qodamah performed all assignments with a positive and professional attitude despite the
uncertainty of his personal safety and has earned my utmost respect and confidence as an
engineer of highest professionalism.
