Many claim they want to be used by God, but aren't willing to be molded by Him. We cannot pick and choose our assignments. Holiness comes with obedience and adherence to God's will, rather than our own.

  2. 2. WHO ARE YOU? Are you called and assigned or self-defined? self defined? What is the source of your perceived identity? Many miss the mark, because we don’t want to h t change! ! Don’t want to look “weak” Don’t want to sacrifice for others Don’t want to be inconvenienced
  3. 3. THE GREATEST COMMANDMENT Matthew 22:36 39 22:36-39 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and y , y , with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. g And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

  5. 5. REDEMPTION COMES WITH ASSIGNMENT Isaiah 6:5-9 Then said I, Woe is me! For I am undone and ruined, because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts! Then flew one of the seraphim [heavenly beings] to me, having a live coal in his hand which he had taken with tongs from off the altar; And with it he touched my mouth and said, Behold, this has touched your lips; your iniquity and guilt are taken away, and your sin is completely atoned for and forgiven. Whoever does not persevere and carry his own cross and come after (follow) Me cannot be My disciple.

[ [I assure you] by the pride which I have in you in y ] y p y [your fellowship and union with] Christ Jesus our Lord, that I die daily [I face death every day and die to self].

THE CALLED BECOME WHOMEVER GOD NEEDS 1 Corinthians 9:16 27 9:16-27 The Gospel must be your passion The charge must never be abused or taken for granted Servanthood is voluntary but necessary voluntary, Interaction is required Fruit must be the result and it must remain result, Run the race until the day of death We must not be hypocrites!
