Many claim they want to be used by God, but aren't willing to be molded by Him. We cannot pick and choose our assignments. Holiness comes with obedience and adherence to God's will, rather than our own.
2. WHO ARE YOU?
Are you called and assigned or self-defined?
self defined?
What is the source of your perceived
identity?
Many miss the mark, because we don’t want
to h

Don’t want to look “weak”
Don’t want to sacrifice for others
Don’t want to be inconvenienced
3. THE GREATEST COMMANDMENT
Matthew 22:36 39

Master, which is the great commandment in the
law?
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy

y , y ,
with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.

5. REDEMPTION COMES WITH ASSIGNMENT
Isaiah 6:5-9
Then said I, Woe is me! For I am undone and ruined, because
I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people
of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of
hosts!
Then flew one of the seraphim [heavenly beings] to me,
having a live coal in his hand which he had taken with tongs
from off the altar;
And with it he touched my mouth and said, Behold, this has
touched your lips; your iniquity and guilt are taken away, and
your sin is completely atoned for and forgiven.
Also heard the i
Al I h d th voice of th L d saying, Wh
f the Lord, i Whom shall I send?
h ll d?
And who will go for Us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
And He said, Go and tell this people, Hear and hear
continually,
continually but understand not; and see and see continually
continually,
but do not apprehend with your mind.
6. YOUR IDENTITY MUST DIE
Luke 14:26 27 (AMP)
14:26-27
If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his [own]
father and mother [in the sense of indifference to or
relative disregard for them in comparison with his
attitude toward God] and [likewise] his wife and
children and brothers and sisters [yes] and even his
sisters--[yes]
own life also--he cannot be My disciple.
Whoever does not persevere and carry his own
cross and come after (follow) Me cannot be My
disciple.
7. DYING IS A DAILY TASK

The Gospel must be your passion
The charge must never be abused or taken for
granted
Servanthood is voluntary but necessary
voluntary,
Interaction is required
Fruit must be the result and it must remain
result,
Run the race until the day of death
We must not be hypocrites!
