If your environment is toxic, then you’ll
find it hard to break bad habits.
7: Write Everything
Just thinking will not get your work
done. You need to write it down to put it
into action.
8: Meditate
To break bad habits, you need self-
control on yourself.
9: Believe Yourself
At first, you’ll find it hard to believe in yourself
but as soon as you start believing in yourself then
miracles happen to you.

Breaking bad habits is a bit of a difficult job, but
