ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) is a framework that enables implementation of business
services both atomic and composite nature by interacting with multiple host systems over MQ, DB,
HTTP etc, for consumption by multiple channel over HTTP or JMS calls. Tibco ESB L3 is responsible
for SIT/ UAT issues, bugs and new enhancements. Support for G2C, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India.
COB (Continuity of Business) is a backup environment which needs to be in sync with Prod
environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
 Have understood the architecture and environment details of CITI/ ESB.
 As part of L3 Support analysed issues assigned and provided solution to resolve those issues.
 Worked on fixing code defects and COB validation in APAC region.
 Worked on HP Quality Centre for sorting issues with priority and assigned the same to team
members.
