The Project Management Tool (PMT) provides real-time validation and a batch processing
infrastructure. Authorized users may submit input data (Excel files) for upload into PMT. Prior to
processing, the files submitted are pre-validated (Excel Level) and validated against PMT business
rules(Data Base Level), and the user is notified of the status of the validation on the same screen.
