• Bottoms and palazzo were slow moving merchandise because of discount
offer was there
• Bright colors are in new trend(cheffron,pink,yellow,white,green,orange)
• Crop top and pallazzo pants with mugal and floral print
• Stripes and check in long and asymmetric kurta
• Natural fibres are more in demands like cotton and linen and their blends
• Viscose and rayon are the alternative for polyester look
• Fit is not appropriate in armhole area and low waist area as per customer
feedback
• We don’t have more options in skirts, duppatta, shrugs as compare
to max lifestyle and Westside.
• We don’t have white color collection in kurtas.
• Solid plain long kurtas with collar are more in demand in bright
colors (saffron, pink, yellow, white, green, orange)
Suggestions
Suggestions can be:
• In max lifestyle and fbb which are competitive brands they have
already displayed their new arrivals where as Trisha and Aakriti have
a lot of stock to sell.
• Customer is asking for layered Tunics with mid slit or side slits
which are not their in the stock.
• Need to bring more Fixtures specially in Trisha and Rangmanch
brand
• Core products and polyester and party wear kurties were moving
really slow
• Customers were demanding for ethnic jackets which we don’t have.

Learning's • Bottoms and palazzo were slow moving merchandise because of discount offer was there • Bright colors are in new trend(cheffron,pink,yellow,white,green,orange) • Crop top and pallazzo pants with mugal and floral print • Stripes and check in long and asymmetric kurta • Natural fibres are more in demands like cotton and linen and their blends • Viscose and rayon are the alternative for polyester look • Fit is not appropriate in armhole area and low waist area as per customer feedback
  • 17. • We don’t have more options in skirts, duppatta, shrugs as compare to max lifestyle and Westside. • We don’t have white color collection in kurtas. • Solid plain long kurtas with collar are more in demand in bright colors (saffron, pink, yellow, white, green, orange)
  • 18. Suggestions Suggestions can be: • In max lifestyle and fbb which are competitive brands they have already displayed their new arrivals where as Trisha and Aakriti have a lot of stock to sell. • Customer is asking for layered Tunics with mid slit or side slits which are not their in the stock. • Need to bring more Fixtures specially in Trisha and Rangmanch brand • Core products and polyester and party wear kurties were moving really slow • Customers were demanding for ethnic jackets which we don’t have.
