Responsibilities:
 Preparing monthly remittance report which is sent to trusts and providing a detailed
breakdown (Cash flows) on the performance of a particular portfolio Investor.
 Our Clients include JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, Bank of New York
Mellon, Nation Star mortgage, CITI, Bony Master etc.
 Working as Consolidation Analyst for Nation Star Mortgage in which entire report is
prepared, after which necessary checks needs to be done before sending the report.
 Handling Trust Query as and when comes and need to close it within 24 hours by resolving
their query.
 Forecasting the Remittance cash flow of the portfolios based on the historical cash flows and
also assisting auditing team for the balance sheet items.
 Doing review for Investment grade bond analysis IGB (which is based on projected cash
flows) before sending the report to Trust.
 Preparing report to Freddie Mac as audit report to examine the variance between Trust and
Servicer/Ocwen remittance Report.
 Ascertaining reasons for reconciling differences, including root cause analysis. Also working
with Investor accounting team to send any additional adjustments in next month Reporting.
