1. Introduction
1.1 training
As a part of the curriculum of BCA(V) semester. I underwent my
Summer training project at LUCKNOW UNIVERSITY COMPUTER SCIENCE
DEPARTEMENT. This 45 days training in an organization seems to be
necessary for the complete understanding of the phenomenon related
with Training and development.
I was assigned the title “UNIVERSITY PICTURE GALLERY”.MY topic
concerened with the teachers developed at UNIVERSITY OF LUCKNOW.
Training refers to the learning activities done for the primary purpose of
helping students of an organization to acquire and apply the same.
Broadly speaking training is the act of increasing the knowledge and
skills of an student for doing a particular job.
7. 7
1.2 IMPORTANCEOF training
Training is important not only from the point of view of organization; but
also for the students. Training is valuable to the students because it will
give them greater job security and opportunity for advancement. The
need of training arises in an enterprise due to following reasons:-
CHANGING TECHNOLOGY:-
Technology is changing at a fast pace. The workers must learn new
techniques to make use of advanced technology. Thus, training should be
treated as a continuous process to update the employees in new
methods and procedures.
GREATER PRODUCTIVITY:-
It is essential to increase productivity and Reduce cost of production for
meeting competition in the market. Effective training can help increase
productivity of workers.
STABLE WORKPLACE:-
8. 8
Training creates a feeling of confidence in the minds of the workers. It
gives them a security at the work-place. As a result, labour turnover and
absenteeism rates are reduced.
1.3 OBJECTIVEOFTRANING
• Training objectives are formed keeping in view company’s goals and
objectives.
• To prepare the employee [both new and old] to meet the present as
well as changing requirements of job and organization.
• To impart to the new entrants the basic knowledge and skill needed
for the performance of a definite job.
• To develop the potentialities of people for the next level of job.
• To ensure smooth and efficient working of department.
• To bridge the gap between “existing performance ability” and “desired
performance”.
• To improve organizational climate since an endless chain of positive
reactions can result from a well plane training programme.
1.4 PROJECT DEFINATION
In contemporary business and science a project is a collaborative
enterprise, involving research or design that is carefully planned to
achieve a particular aim.
Projects can be further defined as temporary rather than permanent
social systems or work systems that are constituted by teams within or
9. 9
across organizations to accomplish particular tasks under time
constraints. An on go project is usually called (or evolves into) a program.
1.5 PURPOSE
Training is defined by Wayne Cascio as “training consists of planed
programs undertaken to improve employee knowledge, skills,
attitude, and social behaviour so that the performance of the
organization improves considerably.”
The purpose of training can be explained as follows.
Improving quality of workforce:–
Training and development help companies to improve the quality
of work done by their employees. Training programs concentrate
on specific areas. There by improving the quality of work in that
area.
Prevents obsolescence:-
Through training and development the students is up to date with
new technology and the fear of being thrown out of the job is
reduced.
Assisting new comer:-
10. 10
Training and development programs greatly help new students to
get accustomed to new methods of working, new technology, the
work culture of the company etc.
Bridging the gap between planning and implementation:-
Plans made by companies expect people to achieve certain targets
within certain time limit with certain quality for this employee
performance has to be accurate and perfect. Training helps in
achieving accuracy and perfection.

visitors with Administration authorization only.
2.1 SYSTEM OBJECTIVE
In recent years, computational image aesthetics evaluation has
drawn a lot of interests from researchers due to its various
12. 12
applications, such as content-based image retrieval and quality-
based image management.
Even though previous work based on such data sets have
gained appreciable success they overlook the expertise of
individuals which makes their algorithms subjective.
Objective System is a web service for collecting image from
different users and computing the objective aesthetic score by
virtue of a multi-observer regression model. Unlike
conventional image.

3 METHODOLOGY
3.1 FEASIBILITYSTUDY
Administrator has the highest authority to edit/delete/create
database
Unauthorized The categories of visitors are the following: all visitors
who don't have any user account. Typically this mode is
used for public access.
Authorized This authorization mode is for ordinary users of HTML
Image Gallery. The categories of visitors are the
following:
This is general authorization mode and it very useful
when you as gallery administrator need to allow or to
restrict access for the gallery. Permission management
in Authorization mode is more flexible than in
Unauthorized
Administration This authorization mode can have users who belong to
one specific group only. Normally, these users have
16. 16
exclusive (administrative) privileges to perform
maintenance tasks within HTML Image Gallery. The
group is one of the registered groups. The categories of
visitors are the following: all users that have an account
and have successfully performed login process and the
user account belongs to a group which is assigned as
Admin group in Site settings. How to configure this
group will be discussed in Site Setup section.

LANGUAGE USES
HTML
HTML is a hypertext markup language which is in reality a
backbone of any website. Every website can’t be structured
without the knowledge of html. If we make our web page only
with the help of html, than we can’t add many of the effective
features in a web page, for making a web page more effective we
use various platforms such as CSS. So here we are using this
language to make our web pages more effective as well as
efficient. And to make our web pages dynamic we are using Java
script.
CSS
18. 18
CSS Stands for "Cascading Style Sheet." Cascading style sheets are
used to format the layout of Web pages. They can be used to define
text styles, table sizes, and other aspects of
Web pages that previously could only be defined in a page's HTML.
The basic purpose of CSS is to separate the content of a web
document (written in any markup language) from its presentation
(that is written using Cascading Style Sheets). There are lots of
benefits that one can extract through CSS like improved content
accessibility, better flexibility and moreover, CSS gives a level of
control over various presentation characteristics of the document.
It also helps in reducing the complexity and helps in saving overall
presentation time. CSS gives the option of selecting various style
schemes and rules according to the requirements and it also allows
the same HTML document to be presented in more than one
varying style.
JAVA SCRIPT
JavaScript is considered to be one of the most famous scripting
languages of all time. JavaScript, by definition, is a Scripting
Language of the World Wide Web. The main usage of JavaScript
is to add various Web functionalities,
Web form validations, browser detections, creation of cookies
and so on. JavaScript is one of the most popular scripting
languages and that is why it is supported by almost all web
browsers available today like Firefox,
We used the browser Opera or Internet Explorer.
JavaScript is considered to be one of the most powerful scripting
languages in use today. It is often used for the development of
client-side web development. JavaScript is used to make web
pages more interactive and dynamic.
JavaScript is a light weight programming language and it is
embedded directly into the HTML code. JavaScript, as the name
suggests, was influenced by many languages, especially Java.
19. 19
3.3 USED METHOD
OUTPUT DESIGN USE
Computer output is the most important and direct source of
information to the user. Efficient, intelligible output design should
improve the system relationship with the user and help in decision-
making. The outputs provide in the system are the softcopy report
available for printing. Printouts should be designed around the
output requirement of the user. The output devices to consider
depend on the factor such as compatibility of the device with the
system, response time requirement and number of copies needed.
20. 20
INPUT DESIGN USE
Input Design is the process of converting user originated
computer based format. Inaccurate input data are the most common
cause of errors in data processing .Errors entered by data entry
operators can be controlled by input design. The goal of designing
input data is to make data entry as easy, logical and free from errors
as far as possible. In this system, the input screens are developed
according to the user requirements.
4IMPLEMENTATION
Conversion is the process of changing from the old system to new one.
It must be properly planned and executed. Four methods are common
in use. They are parallel system, direct conversion, pilot system and
system phase-in. Each method should be considered in the light of the
opportunities that it offers and problems that it may create.
However, it may be possible that sometimes, we are forced to apply
one methods may be more beneficial. In general system conversion
should be accomplished in shortest possible time. Long conversions
periods create problems for all persons involved including both
analyst and users.
4.1SNAPSHORTOFPROJECT
103. 103
The “Image Gallery” is a great improvement over the manual
system like hand Picture. The computerization of the system has
speed up the process and it is time consuming. The system was
thoroughly checked and tested with dummy data. The system
avoids data redundancy and inconsistency. It provides security
and integrity. Data is easily retrieved. Thus the system is user
friendly.
FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
104. 104
The proposed system is purely an Image gallery we will make this
project as online where every customer using their E-mail ID can view their
result details; they can’t edit or make changes in their account.
Also, we can include online, updating by the authorized person.
When making online, Image Upload procedures and latest news about the
Image will be seen in our software. Any comments can be included by the
user.
