1. Key tasks :
1. Supervision of on-going project, team and partners.
2. Procuring of data, maintaining of MIS, data analysis.
3. Generate periodic qualitative and quantitative reports.
4. Maintain Finances & Inflow v/s out flow of respective projects.
5. Establish strong coordination with field team and partners.
Responsibilities :
1. Plan and ensure Execution of programme as per the programme design and deliverables.
2. Facilitate the development of IEC/BCC material, Content for Website and others as per
requirement.
3. Review field activities and assessment of activities through data analysis.
4. To conduct and review progress through weekly/monthly meetings.
5. Review monthly expenses related to fund utilization and maintain monthly in flow v/s outflow.
6. To liason with Corporates / Government Bodies / PSU' for programme partnership and funds.
7. To conduct periodic meetings with the team and partners on weekly/monthly basis to check
the progress, records and planning.
8. To conduct monitoring visits to the field.
9. To coordinate trainings for the Programme team, beneficiaries and partners.
10. Communicate reporting/documentation expectations to the project team for effective
implementation and quality output.
11. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate person with specific timeline.
12. To prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for in-house records and forwarding to the
donor.
13. To compile, update and analyze MIS data.
14. To compile the bills/vouchers of the expenses on monthly basis for submission to accounts
15. To prepare monthly requisition of funds required for the project.
16. Develop progress reports and requisite documents (presentations, data, etc.)
17. Develop and execute out of the box activities for the programme.
18. Undertake additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the organization.
