2. Arbejdsgruppen for PUR-
uddannelserne
• Gunhild Christensen, Dan-Foam ApS
• Lars Månsson, Dan-Foam ApS
• Jimmy Storbank, Thyregod Bygningsindustri A/S
• Chris Ungermand, Huntsman Nordic Polyurethanes
• Peter Kjærsgaard Kristensen, Den Jyske Haandværkerskole
• Rasmus Grusgaard, Plastindustrien
• Thomas Brønnum, Bronnum Consulting Engineer
• At sikre at tekniske PUR uddannelser f.ex operatør
uddannelser kan udbydes, når der er behov herfor
4. Aktiviteter i 2016/2017
• Møde med Industriens Uddannelser (IU) (sep. 2016)
• Arbejdsgruppemøde (sep. 2016)
• Møde med Dansk Industri (DI) (nov. 2016)
• Arbejdsgruppemøde og møde med DI (feb. 2017)
• Møde med ISOPA (marts 2017) (RG og ThB)
• Møde med ISOPA, DI og PD (maj 2017) (RG og ThB)
• Løbende dialog med IU (RG)
• Løbende deltagelse i Europurs WG Plant and Workers
Issues, herunder REACH restriktionsprojektet (ThB)
5. Obligatoriske PUR
uddannelser
• Den danske ’model’ og Arbejdsmiljørådets anbefalinger efter
Siemens og Vestas sagerne
• REACH restriktionsforslaget vedrørende diisocyanater og
nye sikkerhedsuddannelser (Appendix 13 Trainings andnye sikkerhedsuddannelser (Appendix 13 Trainings and
Measures to the future Annex XVII entry)
• Sammenligning af de to uddannelser (arbejdsgruppen)
6. Diisocyanates & REACH
(ISOPAS e book)
• Diisocyanates have been subject to regulatory
processes in Poland, Estonia and Germany since 2012
• Evaluation led by Poland and Estonia• Evaluation led by Poland and Estonia
• Both TDI and MDI have been added to the ECHA Community rolling action plan
(CoRAP). TDI was evaluated in 2013 by the Polish Competent Authority which
concluded that no regulatory action was needed. On the other hand, MDI has been
under evaluation in Estonia since 2013.
7. Diisocyanates & REACH
(ISOPAS e book)
• Diisocyanates have been subject to regulatory
processes in Poland, Estonia and Germany since 2012
• Restriction led by Germany• Restriction led by Germany
• In October 2015, BAuA formally registered its intention to prepare a restriction
dossier. The dossier was formally sent to ECHA in October 2016 and is currently
undergoing compliance check. We expect the public consultation to start in March
2017.
• Public consultation on Annex XV RESTRICTION REPORT started on
22/03/2017
