3. BEACH HOUSE CONDO
Project Summary:
This beach house condo is a summer residence for
Mr. & Mrs. Beauregard. Mrs. Beauregard’s mother,
who is confined to a wheelchair, is a frequent
weekend guest. The entire residence was designed
to be accessible for the elderly woman, with an
ADA-compliant guest room and bath. The home also
was designed for an astronomy enthusiast (Mr.
Beauregard) and an art collector (Mrs. Beauregard).

5. THE TAPESTRY OFFICE BUILDING
Project Summary:
This is a temporary space for the
builder’s office of The Tapestry, a
new age-targeted community. With
great public visibility in a high-traffic
location, this design features a row
of attention-getting display
windows that will draw in potential
buyers. Lots of glass walls and glass
panels on work stations provide a
working space that is bright with
daylight during most working hours.

7. THE EMERALD RESIDENCE

Project Summary:
Mr. & Mrs. Emerald have purchased a home where they
plan to “age in place.” Their two girls are grown, and
while they need to downsize, they want to have a
guestroom as well as accommodate their varied
hobbies and continue to honor their children’s Chinese
heritage. Mrs. Emerald has also agreed to let Mr. Emerald
get something he’s always wanted—an emerald green
recliner in their new family room.
