Go to www.computershare.com/investor

Once logged in, click the My Profile button on the right hand side of the page.
Next, click the Update button under Address Change and follow the instructions
to change your address.
You may also call Computershare to request an address change for the company in
which you hold stock. To obtain the telephone contact details for your specific

You can elect to receive either your dividend payments or sales proceeds
electronically The instruction that you provide will apply only to the services
offered by your company and will not apply to any shares that are reinvesting.
To update your direct deposit account information login to your account:
Go to “My Profile“ and then click on Update under Banking details.
Select your specific holding from the drop down.
At the bottom of the page, select a "Payment Method“. Choose the option that
applies to your situation.
You will then be asked to provide your banking information.
For your security, changing or implementing electronic banking instructions will
limit your ability to receive your sales proceeds electronically for 14 days.
The fees charged by Computershare are listed on the Bank Details page. If the
fee exceeds your payment, we will revert your payment back to a USD check.
Please Note: There may be an additional fee assessed by your financial
institution for incoming wires. Please contact your financial institution for
information pertaining to its fees. In addition, the name on the bank account
receiving the sales proceeds must match the name on the holders account.

some of the shares. A copy of the certificate cannot be accepted. If the
certificate cannot be located, you must replace it first.
Please do not sign the original certificates, as doing so would make them
negotiable for someone attempting fraud. We also recommend using registered
mail or a courier service that provides a return receipt.
We suggest that you insure the mailing to cover the Lost Certificate Replacement

first complete the login process for Investor Centre. Once you have logged in,
please follow the below instructions to change your email address.
Step 1: Select the “My Profile“ button located to the right of the Portfolio of
holdings.
Step 2: Click on the “Manage my account“ update button.
Step 3: In the Personal Details section, select the update button.
Step 4: In the Email Address field, enter your new email address. The email must
be the proper format, including 1 @ sign and 1 period (.) For example:
something@something.something. Important: You will need to have immediate access
to your new email in order to receive an email from us with an Email
Confirmation Code.
Step 5: Select the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Step 6: You will be asked to re-enter your password.
Step 7: You will then need to check your email at your new email address for the
Email Confirmation Code that we have sent. Enter the Email Confirmation Code and
select the confirm button. Your updated email address will now appear in the
Personal Details section.
Note: If you are unable to login to Investor Centre because you no longer have
access to the email address on file for your User ID, please contact our
Investor Centre Help Desk at 1-800-942-5909 (toll free in the United States and

upper or lower case sensitive.
Step 3: Terms and Conditions: You will asked to accept the Terms and Conditions.

First & Last Name: Enter your First and Last Name.
Email Address: Enter your Email Address. You will need to have immediate access
to your email in order to receive an email from us with an Email Confirmation
Code.
Mobile Number: Although not mandatory, we recommend you enter a mobile number as
it is required to complete some transactions. Please note that your mobile
telephone must have the ability to receive SMS/text messages.
• If you do not want to provide a Mobile Number, then please do not select a
country.
• If you want to provide a Mobile Number, select your country and enter your
Mobile Number in the field provided, Do not include the preceding country code
number. For example, for U.S. residents, do not enter the preceding •1• .
Instead enter your 10-digit telephone number without any dashes or blank spaces
between the numbers. You will need to have immediate access to your mobile
telephone in order to receive a SMS/text message from us with a Mobile
Confirmation Code.
Step 5: Personal Site Seal: Enter a unique word in each of the 3 fields and
select a Site Seal color. It is important that you check that your personal
site seal is displayed before entering your password.
Step 6: Remember This Device: Select if you want to use the •Remember Me•
option to trust the device you are currently using.
Do not choose this option if you are using a public computer. As a security
enhancement, when you login without using the •Remember Me• option, you will
receive an email from us.
Step 7: Login details: Create your User ID and password.
User ID: Your User ID must be at least 6 characters
New Password: Your Password must include:
