strengthening your cardiovascular system. Both aspects of exercise are
important to your body and you should be sure that you are incorporating
both.

Planning a cardio workout can be difficult if you are not used to exercising on a consistent basis
or if you are not in good shape. When you are planning this type of workout you want to make
sure that you start by setting the goals that you want to reach.
As you are setting your goals you want to make sure that they are healthy and plausible. There
are many people that set goals that are way too ambitious for their body type or the time frame
for their goal is way too short.
The goal that you set needs to be a fine balance between pushing your body to new limits and
keeping your body safe. This will affect the goals that you set and the time frame that you should
