Bookings, Promotions & Production
▪ Responsible for creating artist lineups, negotiating/booking acts, and
setting schedule, travel and accommodations for events, audio
experiments, and festivals.
▪ Promotion duties included handbill design, street team management,
outlet distribution and social media marketing.
▪ Creation and funding of free educational/cultural programs for kids and
artists such as:
Project Luz: A weekend arts education program teaching children photography, art
and music composition impacting over 150 children/day in El Hido Hermosilla,
Mexico.
Art as a Weapon: A free 4 day arts education program for children in and around
Skid Row focusing on stereotypes in media/propaganda
ReDefined: An annual all day music and art exhibit featuring 20 local L.A.
bands and 40 visual artists held at the Wilshire Royale Hotel raising awareness of the
myriad styles of music and art to disadvantaged children in an effort to counter the
damage inflicted by reduced funding for the arts in public schools. (held for 3 years:
2005-2007)
