To Whom It May Concern:
BUSKROM^H Built fortoday I Designed for tomorrow
Peter Alouche was initially hired as a Product Designer in the Engineering Department in
September 2003. During this time, he was responsible for redesigning products and
completing design changes as part of Buskro's ECR/ECO process. This included
prototyping, presenting to management, and working with Production to implement
design changes and pre-production activities. Peter demonstrated his passion for
excellence, sense of ownership, and communication abilities when working with Service,
Production, and Engineering staff during the release of his products and designs. He also
played a key role in several integrations of Buskro's advanced OCR systems for end
customers. In one situation, he prevented a customer from taking legal action against
Buskro and returning over $250,000 worth of equipment by resolving their issues on-site,
having open communication with the owner, and providing training to the equipment
operators. This customer later purchased an additional system from Buskro and Peter's
efforts were key to regaining the customer's confidence.
In March 2007, Peter was requested by Buskro's President to begin a formal Quality
program as the Quality Engineer. Some of his responsibilities included the creation of
incoming and outgoing inspection processes, conducting investigations of escalated
issues for customers, creating database tools to support new QC processes, working with
suppliers to improve part quality and reduce costs, improving Production practices by
providing assembly staff with standards and necessary specifications for equipment
testing purposes, working with the RMA Department to reduce warranty claims, and
providing updates to management at monthly meetings. Peter's abilities to resolve
escalated issues, take initiative, and work with his colleagues were repeatedly
demonstrated during his investigations of Buskro's recurring high precision conveyor belt
issues, USB security dongle issues, UV print technology improvements, Elite Wax based
print technology improvements, bladder leak investigations, and HP Bulk Ink
improvements. His persistence and ability to resolve issues built credibility with his
colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Peter is a reliable and dedicated employee and has been an asset to Buskro over the past 5
years. His technical abilities are complemented by his professionalism, integrity,
ingenuity, and approach to communication with team members. He is driven to always
learn something new, pays attention to detail, takes initiative, and is respected by his
colleagues. Please contact me at (905) 839-6018 to discuss any questions you may have
regarding Peter's experience at Buskro.
