Scouts of the Philippines-Negros
Oriental and Siquijor Council, the
chapter held a forum on Rizal as the
first Filipino boy scout which was
attended by scouts from different
troops, crews, and circles.

writing contest with the theme "The Role of the
Youth in Nation-Building."
