The latest Paychex Small Business Snapshot asked owners of recently formed small businesses to select the issue they anticipate will have the greatest impact on their business in 2014. Nearly two times as many small business owners cite the U.S. tax structure over health care reform as the issue they anticipate having the biggest impact on their business this year.
