To install this kit:
M. 1ea. Blower Various Voltages (Optional)
N. 1ea. Pump & Motor of Various Horsepower and Voltages
1. Locate a flat level surface to place Equipment Base (B).
2. Place Pump & Motor (N) with Rubber Motor Base (A) and
installer supplied Control System on equipment base.
3. Attach 1 each Strain Relief (J) to motor with installer
supplied cord. A
4. Install 1 each 2” Pump Union (H) to suction side of pump. D
5. Cut the 2” Plumbing System Pipe Kit (L), to the appropriate
length according to the removable label affixed to pipe. C
Example shown in Diagram B. (Rubber Motor Base must be
used for all measurements). E
6. If utilizing the Add-On kit With Thermowell install Strain Relief B
(J) onto Tee fitting ( I ).
7. Glue PVC fittings (F,G,H,I,L) to installer supplied 2” heater tail
piece in the shape shown in diagram A or C on last page.
Keep in mind this connection can be rotated back and G
forth to fit the installers space requirements. K

8. Utilizing 2 each Screws (D), along with 2 each Washers (E), M
secure motor to equipment base.
9. If kit has blower option, attach Amp Adapter Kit (K) to
installer supplied blower cord and attach cord to optional
blower. J I
10. Utilizing remaining Screws (D), secure Blower, Control
System, and any other installer supplied equipment to
equipment base. L
11. Install Bonding Wire (C) to equipment then to installer
supplied control grounding lug.
