WHO SHOULD GET INVOLVED
NEW_INNONET AIMS
WHATYOU CAN DO
WHATYOU WILL GAIN
NEW_InnoNet is an initiative to establish a European
stakeholder platform under the flag of the EU
Programme Horizon 2020. New_InnoNet will bring
stakeholders together to develop a European
StrategicResearchandInnovationAgenda,describing
economic opportunities for a sustainable future.
New_InnoNet’s initial focus is on three pre-selected
waste streams, improving their environmental and
economic potential:
Waste from Electronics and Electric
Equipment (WEEE)
Plastic packaging waste from consumers
End-of-LifeVehicles (ELV)
Everybody who sees himself or herself as someone
with a stake in reaching the circular economy objec-
tives is invited to get involved. In particular, we invite
the following organisations: industry manufactures
related to EEE/ Automotive/ FMCG sectors, decision
makers and financial bodies, waste management
companies, producers of recycled intermediates, pac-
kaging manufacturers, technology and solution pro-
viders, R&D units and academia, standardization and
certification bodies, recyclers.
