Some of his accomplishments include improving cycle times in batch blending, continuous blending, and packaging operations; managing over 275 tanks of raw materials, finished products, and additives; reducing truck loading times and carriers from seven to one; training employees; recovering steam; managing modernization projects; and developing processes for off-test and slow product.
