1. To assess the current knowledge of the field employees.
2. Assess the communication media effectiveness.
3. Opportunity for improvement of the training system.
4. Opportunity to educate face-to-face at the work space.

2. Fatigue Assessment during Heat Stress period
OBJECTIVES :
1. Measure the overall welfare of employees.
2. Verifying correctness of the existing project Heat Stress program.
3. Health management program follow-up (Medication / restrictions).
4. Control non directly site related conditions (sleep/food/working
hours).

3. Safety Observation Card PROGRAM
OBJECTIVES:
Increase overall HSE involvement throughout the project execution.
Field/direct intervention on unsafe behavior or situation.
Periodically feedback on overall main HSE observations.
Opportunity to improve overall HSE training/knowledge program.
Opportunity to improve safe working methods.

4. OVERALL CONCLUSION HSE
 PMP HSE Culture Transformation Program resulted in a strong
increase of HSE awareness and compliance.
 Processes were tailored to the location and audience to ensure
correct implementation and results.
 Processes implemented have included a tool for continuous
improvement (plan, do, check, act).
 High level & understandable feedback to full workforce created
strong participation.
