4. OVERALL CONCLUSION HSE
PMP HSE Culture Transformation Program resulted in a strong
increase of HSE awareness and compliance.
Processes were tailored to the location and audience to ensure
correct implementation and results.
Processes implemented have included a tool for continuous
improvement (plan, do, check, act).
High level & understandable feedback to full workforce created
strong participation.
