Professional experience
To fulfill my mission, i.e. help businesses find their way in the maze of numbers, I founded the
PS Consulting Sp. z o.o. tax and accounting office in April 2011. My main tasks in the company
include: running the accounting office; managing a team of PS Consulting employees and
associates; providing accounting services for limited liability companies with Polish and
foreign capital; providing services in English; preparation of financial statements and
reports; reporting in English to foreign mother companies of Polish daughter companies;
cooperation with auditors from the so-called „Big4” audit companies reviewing the financial
statements of the largest entities in Poland: statutory (i.e. required by Polish law) and group
for consolidation purposes according to the Polish Accounting Act and International
Financial Reporting Standards; auditing financial statements under the supervision of
auditors as support for other audit companies; preparation of audit documentation;
preparation of audit reports in English for foreign group auditors; provision of accounting
services and accounting supervision services for entities operating in Special Economic
Zones; implementation of changes in financial and accounting units and optimization of
financial processes; settlements of PIT, CIT, VAT, ZUS, GUS, NBP, DN-1, DT-1, HR and payroll, fixed
assets, WDT, WNT, import, export; responsibility for financial policy and budgets preparation;
responsibility for preparing financial procedures and checking their compliance with the
law; representing entities during tax and fiscal audits; establishing limited liability
companies and reporting changes to the National Court Register.

Development and implementation of a tool for managing fixed assets and leasing
contracts for a machine park consisting of approximately 3,000 leased fixed assets with
a book value of approximately PLN 200 million,
Streamlining and simplifying the production settlement process, streamlining the
process of accounting documents, improving communication between the accounting
department and other departments,
Establishment of an accounting department from scratch, participation in the
implementation of the SAP ERP system, close cooperation with the financial director,
The introduction of tax optimization in the field of depreciation allowing to save tax losses
from previous years before the limitation period resulting in lower income tax paid in the
future by approx. 500 thousand PLN annually,
