1. MITCHELL, PAT
Pat has spent most of his career in Vail, CO. From 1997, he has specialized in project
sales and marketing in the Private Residence Club industry. Some of the projects he
directed in presale operations were Hyatt Mountain Lodge, The Residences at Vail
Mountain Lodge, Vail Plaza Residence Club, and Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas,
Mexico.
In 2005, Pat re-directed his efforts toward whole ownership developments, with efforts
including Wildhorse Slopeside in Crested Butte, Cascade Residences at Vail, Residences
at Beaver Creek Lodge, and finally, Banyan Tree Residences at Mayakoba, Mexico.
During the 13 year stretch, Pat has accumulated many relationships central to his success,
including, but not limited to, private equity entities, Title Company contacts worldwide,
financial organizations, and legal firms all relative to project completion successes.
Pat has also won sales awards from MSI, ARDA, and carried similar skill sets forward to
sales training seminars with Forbes Sothebys Vail in 2007 to all 65 brokers.
In all, Pat and his network have closed in excess of $210 million in sales in project-
related ventures.
In 2011, Pat started a Wholesale email Data firm, focused on broadcast campaigns for
corporate clients in the real estate universe.
