PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Organized, autonomous and results-oriented, I'm passionate about topics related to Health,
Safety and Environment, and for over 20 years.
With an easy and effective communication, I manage a team of more than 10 facility EHS
Leaders spread over different European sites.
Integrating EHS requirements in projects, whether related to investments, "new
construction" or equipment's modification, excites me because it's at that time you are
doing an effective prevention (hierarchy of control)
Over the years I have developed my leadership to be able to change attitudes and to create
a sustainable safety culture, working closely with plant management teams or providing
specific Safety Leadership Training for NLT members of front line leaders.
