Writing of the Safety Management Manual, development of the QHSSE software tool. Set up of behavior safety

Prevention advisor/ Head of internal service, role as described in the Law Wellbeing secretary of the safety
committee. I was responsible for a team of 7 prevention advisors in Belgium and 27 HSE professionals world
wide. Writing the Corporate Managent Safety guidelines. Development of Safety management training for
managers, design risk analysis and training/guidance of the HSE professionals. Union consultation and member
of the Sarens Special Projects management team. Direct report to the QHSSE Director and CEO of Sarens.

Prevention advisor/ Head of internal service/ QA Manager / Crisisdirector role as described in the Law Wellbeing
secretary of the safety committee. I am responsible for a team of 20 QA/QC, HSSE and Maritime professionals
for the project and O&M. Responsible for the correct interpretation of the Law. HSSE masterplans for contractors
and QA/QC Masterplan for contractors. The follow up of the full QA/QC and HSSE processes during the project
