Prevention advisor role as described in the Law Wellbeing. Secretary of the safety committee. Provide advice to
Unions, employer and employees regarding all HSE related items. Direct report to the Head of internal
Prevention Services and CEO. I was also Head of internal Service for Luminus, retail department of EDF in Belgium
as it was a different Ltd.
Major achievements
GAP analysis in the framework of the Law of wellbeing. Full risk analysis model for working with electricity and
training model and codification of personnel. Hazop/ Planop for hydrogen storage. Invoking safety walks, and
near miss reporting.

URS Belgium was at time a towing/ salvage company worldwide. Diving support, deepsea intervention, deepsea
intervention works, harbour towage and vessel management.
Responsibilities
Prevention advisor/ Head of internal Service role as described in the Law Wellbeing. Secretary of the safety
committee. Provide advice to Unions, employer and employees regarding all HSE related items. Direct report to
the CEO. QHSSE team 3 employees. Responsible for the certification of the vessels worldwide, safety and security
audits. Responsible for the safety management system and quality management system. Reporting to COO and
CEO.
Major achievements
Writing of the Safety Management Manual, development of the QHSSE software tool. Set up of behavior safety
campagne (Fullmark) dedicated to safety and awareness on board, offices, shipyard. QHSSE reporting tools,
statistics on demand.

Prevention advisor role as described in the Law Wellbeing. I was responsible for a team of 4 prevention advisors
level I and several safety officers in the field. Writing safety manuals based on clients specifications and internal
policy. With the HSE team we covered about 400 sites and yards and 6 production and warehouse facilities.
Strong focus on Union relations and client relations. Reporting to the Head of Internal service and BU manager
and CEO.
Major achievements
Setting up management system based on the client risks (chemical/ nuclear industry. Formation of the
department, leading the department. Setting up behavior based training modules, and awareness modules, role
playing training, safety video, safety campaign. Setting up full offshore safety program and method statements.

56 countries. Jacking, barge transportation, very heavy lift cranes, mobile cranes and purpose developed
lifting/jacking equipment.
Responsibilities
Prevention advisor/ Head of internal service, role as described in the Law Wellbeing secretary of the safety
committee. I was responsible for a team of 7 prevention advisors in Belgium and 27 HSE professionals world
wide. Writing the Corporate Managent Safety guidelines. Development of Safety management training for
managers, design risk analysis and training/guidance of the HSE professionals. Union consultation and member
of the Sarens Special Projects management team. Direct report to the QHSSE Director and CEO of Sarens.

sea. High level engineering and financing of wind turbine parks, from concession, permits, to actual engineering,
financial close, installation and commisioning, and full lifecycle operation and maintenance.
Responsibilities
Prevention advisor/ Head of internal service/ QA Manager / Crisisdirector role as described in the Law Wellbeing
secretary of the safety committee. I am responsible for a team of 20 QA/QC, HSSE and Maritime professionals
for the project and O&M. Responsible for the correct interpretation of the Law. HSSE masterplans for contractors
and QA/QC Masterplan for contractors. The follow up of the full QA/QC and HSSE processes during the project
and O&M. Company Security officer, lead auditor. Internal processes and lead auditor for contracts and owner
of all QA processess and HSSE processess.
Major achievements
Formation of the internal QHHSE department. GAP analysis Law based. Recruitement of all QHSSE personnel.
Management of writing al the necessary manuals contract addenda. Making sure that there is no conflict in the
contracts in respect to the law and internal policy. Development of complete corporate QHSSE management
system and processes (BPM). Development of the Software tool for Unwanted event management and statistics.
Full NCR follow up software tool.
