young girls' minds and a woman's that they have to be beautiful. We need to teach the younger generations that they are beautiful no matter what their

We do not need to throw in the fashion and media worlds as well. This can cause many problems on children that age. Not only will it overwhelm
them, but they might start to withdraw from the rest of the world as well as their family. This could also cause complications once they get older and

Beauty pageants may seem the best way to increase confidence in young women and become their first step to success. They give women of many

music, and dance. This may all seem quite convincing but research shows otherwise. Beauty pageants are harmful not only to ordinary women but also
to the entire society because they give women the feeling that they are inadequate and ugly, leading to dieting and eating disorders, cosmetic surgery,

are quite harmful and sometimes fatal. Other cosmetic procedures include nose jobs, breast implants, eyelid surgery, facelifts, and Botox injections.
Not only do these make stronger the perception of women that they were not perfect and needed to be corrected, they also carry with them the risk of
permanent scarring and postoperative cognitive disorder. Also, since these procedures are quite costly, women with fewer resources become desperate
and fall into debt traps, sell themselves as prostitutes, and go to any extent to gather resources needed to achieve that perfection. So is bearing all these

Beauty Competitions, or as some people call them Beauty pageants degrade women to mere objects. Such a competition is the exploitation of
women by men and other women. If the beauty competition was based on skill or ability, that would be fine. But nowadays people judge them for

witch. Beauty is purely subjective. No two persons can agree on what beauty is. That is why people get this mistaken at beauty pageants. They only
see one beauty that every contestant must have. They have to have a certain height requirement, clear, radiant skin, perfect size breast and figure. This
