*Propiedad Unipersonal: Es una empresa que tiene un
solo dueño, quien la administra en su propio beneficio.
*Sociedades: Esta integrada por dos o más propietarios
que realizan negocios juntos con fines de lucro.
*Corporaciones: Es una entidad creada legalmente, la
cual tiene derechos legales de un individuo, ya que
puede demandar y ser demandada, realizar contratos
y participar de ellos, y adquirir propiedades. Los
dueños son accionistas.

Existen tres formas de organización empresarial:
Persona Física
Sociedad
Empresas con el derecho exclusivo de propiedad
Sociedades de abogados, contadores, etc (buffet).
Pueden ser de Responsabilidad Limitada (S. de R. L.)
Sociedad Anónima
Llamada con frecuencia “entidad legal”; puede
demandar y ser demandada, adquirir propiedades,
contratar prestamos, etc.

Son los dueños de la empresa. Se dividen en Comunes y
