Summary of Skills
I am working as a Head of Department and my major working roll as Indirect Taxation i.e. Excise,
Custom, Service Tax, VAT, EXIM, Export-Imports Benefits and Dispatch Documentation as
Domestics and Export, Co-ordination with various internal and external department i.e. Finance,
Supply Chain, Excise, Custom, Service Tax, VAT and DGFT etc.,
I responsible for Indirect Taxation as Attending SCN, Case matter PH with Commissionerate level and
well co-ordinate with Legal Advocate for appeals, to attending regularly Govt’s officials, Co-
ordination with Excise & Customs Consultant, Advising to management and up-date regarding
Indirect Tax and Exim policy and preparing process for minimized risk about indirect tax and get
exim benefits in fit of company requirement and also fully responsible for Central excise and
Service Tax and Custom procedural compliances including maintenance records and surprise
checks etc.
I have working on SAP R/3 Logistics module for preparation of despatch documentation,
warehouse goods receipt and others reports.
Central Excise
• Preparation of Excise Returns as ER-1, ER-4, ER-5, ER-6, ER-7, and Correspondence to
Excise Dept. Handling Excise annually audit assessment as EA-2000, AG (CERA) and
Cost Audit, Statutory Auditors E&Y and KPMG for risk analysis consultant reporting to
Parents Company and Indirect tax compliance time to time with Central Excise & Custom
Dept.
• To prepare documents for domestics and export as Excise Invoice, ARE-1/2, EOU/SEZ
clearance and factory stuffing under self-sealing process and also Central Excise
Supervision. permission for input and finished goods storage external warehouse etc.,
• To Prepare and Submit application to permit for Indigenous procurement of concessional
rate or Nil Rate of duty for export and Depot procedure and implementation.
• Beside of me carryout duty paid or non-duty paid job work procedure and an application for
Rebate/Refund claim, Submission of Proof of Export.
• Process of documents on which Cenvat verification the process of Cenvat posting in the
system and reconciliation with Finance Dept for CENVAT Credit taken and utilization. I
automation of Central Excise & Service Tax (ACES) for ER-1 Return and also well
updating about new upcoming Tax reform about GST.
Service Tax & VAT
• Implementation process for Service Tax Credit taken and utilized, also payment of service
tax for input and output services etc, Preparation ST-3 Returns and E-Filling on ACES and
also developed process as per Finance Act, 2012 in such services under Service Tax paid
in to reverse charge mechanism (RCM) etc.
• Proper co-ordination with Finance Dept.for Service Tax payment and credit bills also
advising for latest changes about Service Tax, Works contract under service tax provision.
• Handling to factory level State Govt.VAT/CST process for monthly VAT Return and annual

online generated form 402 and 403 etc., and the ‘C’Form etc, I have also working
knowledge of Tally accounting system etc.
Custom, DGFT & Logistics
Support and co-ordination with CHA for imports and Export consignment for pre-shipment
and Post-Shipment documents, SVB workout, Export under claim of DDBK /MEIS /SEIS.
Application for procurement under EPCG and SHIS Scheme. Export/Import operations &
ensuring compliance with statutory requirements etc.

corporate audit from Parents Company’s, Germany. Further, I am one of key user for Logistics
module and training taken 15 days at Mother Plant, Germany.

HomeTech, Optical fiber etc, we are manufacturing of Neutral Glass Tube for use in mfg. of
Ampoules & Vials. Total turnover around INR 200 Crs. I am direct reporting to Director (Finance)
Sr.Excise Assistant : M/s.Steelco Gujarat Ltd, Palej,GIDC,Dist:Bharuch from Nov-04 to Aug-05(It is
a Mfg of CRGP/CRGC/GC Sheet,CR/GI Coil for domestics and export goods and its total turnover
more than INR 500 Crs.
Excise Officer : M/standard Pesticides Pvt.Ltd GIDC,Nandesari,Dist: Vadodara from Apr-
00 to Oct-04,wherein formulation of insecticides, fungicides, pesticides and repacking of goods
on behalf of Syngenta India Ltd., Rallis India Ltd and others company in Job work basis and its

Apr-00(It is Pharmaceuticals Company’s main product and as soft gelatin capsules for govt’s order
and exported in Africans countries.
