   Frequency of communication
                   Check e-mails at least once a day when possible.
   File management structure
                   All members need the most recent copy of all files.
                   If a file is revised, it must be e-mailed to all members.
   File revision management
                   Files should be revised as soon as possible and given to every
                    member.
   Process for making design decisions
                   Sending photos via e-mail and responding as soon as possible.
   Process for dealing with differences of opinion and conflict
                   Compromise or nothing.
