1. Training for Female Artisans on the
Processes of Production and Quality

2. Beginning the activity with the connection of the energies
of the universe and welcoming the new day.
3. This is how we began the workshop,
welcoming the women with smiles and happiness.
4. The women, learning about different markets, both popular and
exclusive, with the use of participative activities.
5. Strategic units of business using the frame work
the BCG model
Each one of the groups of female articsans analyzed their products. The best products were
represented as if they were stars. The milk cows generated quite a bit of money, the dogs
represented the prodcuts that didn’t sell well in the market and were of low quality. Those
that were unknown the women decided to improve or eliminate them from the market.
6. The female artisans define their mission and refine their
vision towards social responsibility.
11. The artisans remodeled the products exhibit in
the store like an exclusive Fair Trade store.
12. After various days of work, the
women hung the products in the
store that met with the agreed upon
standards.
