Transport for London
As part of Europe’s largest business transformation
project, Transport for London (TfL) needed an
innovative blended learning programme to support the
ambitious journey it was embarking on to modernise
London Underground, transform customer service and
upskill 5,000 employees.
TfL needed an immersive, engaging solution that would
appeal to a diverse multi-generational workforce,
promote knowledge transfer and create lasting
behavioural change across London Underground.
Learning needed to be accessible anytime, anywhere,
on any device, even underground without an internet
connection. Kallidus proved to be the ideal partner for
this multi-award winning project.

8. Kallidus created ground-breaking e-learning content using video and
game-based learning and a 15 minute 3D monopoly-style game. Employees
were empowered to learn on iPad Minis anywhere, anytime and even
underground without an internet connection.
The solution has captured the hearts and minds of TfL’s workers, embedded
learning and instilled lasting behavioural change. High levels of staff
compliance and competence levels were achieved in just eight months.
