PROFESSIONALWORK EXPERIENCE
CGI Federal
Program Staffing Analyst (Army and Defense Intelligence Programs)
Manassas, VA (04/2014 – Present)
Lead Program Manager for the i2S Program; this position involved utilizing software to

o Completed multiple application packets given tight deadlines.
o Designed and maintained a candidate database and spreadsheets.
o Worked with CGI PMs with current vacancies to capture and hire TS/SCI/FSP
candidates for the i2S Program and initiated their internal transfers.
Developed staffing plans for contracts and aided in the full transition and set-up of an
operational IT Support center.
Designed and maintained interactive organizational charts with embedded databases.
Attended IRDO seminars, gathered OCONUS and CONUS required data from potential new
hires, and developed TESA (Technical Expert Status Accreditation) template for quick
submissions when transition contracts were awarded.
Organized and managed all staffing information and databases, transition plans, and
SharePoint workflow/data tracking sites.
Business Analyst in Support of TECD (MAGTF Training Simulations Branch)
Dumfries, VA and Quantico, VA (09/2013 – 04/2014)
Developed a framework for internal controls and a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) that
was implemented across TECD (Training and Education Capabilities Division) and
ultimately TECOM (Training and Education Command). The framework follows GAO
Internal Controls Standards and will serve as the draft for the Managers’ Internal Control
Plan (MICP).
Designed a conditional computer program that notifies the head of TECD when funding
documents and contracts are due to be processed or have already been cleared. This tool
incorporated the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Access to develop spreadsheets and
create a database for the division.
Re-formatted budget and accounting requirements and obligations spreadsheets using
advanced Excel techniques and formula creation.
Fulfilled general administrative duties around the office and provided technical help and
optimization suggestions to coworkers.
Analyzed all areas of risk in the department’s operations and developed an interactive matrix
for risk assessment. Identified weaknesses in the risk mitigation currently in place and
designed, organized, and simplified procedures for internal control implementation and
reporting.
Developed an algorithm to analyze departmental procedures’ risk percentages against their
importance to the overall functioning of operations in order to assign them as priority or
critical weak points. Further analysis helped to determine the minimum amount of repairs
necessary to optimize the systems.
Attended College August 2012 – September 2013
Student and Private Tutor
Newark, DE
Attended the University of Delaware during this time frame to complete my undergraduate
degree. I was also a private tutor for high school and college math and science courses.

Inventoried and monitored the status of fish and wildlife (threatened and endangered species)
to gather data beneficial to sustaining native biological communities.
Established procedures to define the extent of public participation in fish and wildlife
recreational and educational programs to aid the management of such programs.
Applied agronomic practices to support military training, multiple-use land management,
erosion control, and habitat improvement projects on semi-improved training lands and forest
wildlife openings.
Operated tractors, electro-fishing boats, chainsaws, and a dually truck to aid in restoration,
building, and research projects.
Operated thermal imagers and radio telemetry equipment to capture, collect data on, and
monitor the military base’s deer population for a population control and maintenance study.
Took the personal initiative to design a research project studying the local deer population
dynamics and developed a computer program using Python to model and analyze the
gathered data. This program became the tool used to determine game quotas during deer
hunting season.
Self-Employed/PersonalService September 2009 – Present
Private Tutor
Newark, DE and Stafford, VA
Tutored high school and college-level math and science courses, which included: Algebra
I/II, Calculus I/II/III, Differential Equations, General Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic
Chemistry, and concepts of population dynamics applied to Ecology studies.
Helped students by creating practice problems, simplifying concepts, generating useful
information and study guide sheets, and approached subject material from different angles of
understanding in order to meet their individual learning styles.
RESEARCHPROJECTSAND AWARDS
Systems Biology Independent Research Project:
Mathematical Modeling of Thyroxine Hormone Drug Integration
Designed a system of differential equations to model the integration of a Thyroxine (T4)
drug into the thyroid hormone secretion circuit. The complex secretion circuit exhibited by the
thyroid gland was simplified in order to derive a stable system. Simulations were run using
MATLAB to analyze the effects of various parameters on the thyroid concentration in both the
bloodstream and the thyroid gland itself. Through extensive research on autoimmune and
thyroid disorders, case studies and data were retrieved from online databases in order to further
extend the medical use of the model. The model was shown to mathematically authenticate
medical theories about thyroid disorders. The bloodstream concentration of the thyroid hormone
was not always an accurate depiction of the active thyroid level in the gland, which indicates
current blood testing is obsolete for diagnosis of all thyroid diseases. The model also proved that
misdiagnosis can occur when dysfunctional adrenal glands are affecting the function of the
thyroid gland.
