Brand provides Onspon with a broad evaluation criteria based on audience profile and tonality (and other generic heads

targeted region for the brand (matching brands basic evaluation criteria)
Step 3 - Brand objective match
Onspon shares the discovered events with brand and evaluates the fitment basis brand feedback
Step 4 - Commercial assessment
Based on brand's feedback, a commercial expectation is created basis events' deliverables and expected impact. The same
is communicated to the event by Onspon
Step 5 - Association finalization
Based on a commercial understanding achieved basis brand's direction, Onspon (or brand) sends a confirmation note to the
event with the specific deliverables and commercials. A PO is created.
Step 6 - Pre-event planning
Onspon works with brand to help them take advantage of event's outreach by engaging with attendees before the event
Step 7 - Post Event Assessment:
On request of brand, Onspon's representative visits the event and evaluates the deliverables vs actual
Step 8 - Payout and Closure
