 Document meaningful contacts quarterly for each offender on respective caseload
 Review and ensure items on Reentry Checklist are done within timeframe that is set in policy.
 Complete parole review summaries within 10 days of receipt
 Address crisis situations in a timely and efficient manner
 Refer offenders to school, vocational, career center, and programs
 Conduct Offender Orientation in which offenders are given a copy of orientation PowerPoint and
handbook,visitation and telephone sheet,and are advised of assigned counselor.
 Submit reclassification paperwork for all detail request and room changes
 Update visitation list in appropriate time frames and submit special visit request
 Investigate issues grieved by offenders
 Make sure that TOPPSTEP is updated in offenders institutional files
 Oversee the activities of the Faith and Character Based Program
 Order Birth Certificates and Social Security Cards for offenders
