1. Imaging with microscopy
Last Friday we took a microscopy class where the mentors showed us how to take pictures with a microscope. I observed several kinds of paper fabrics using a compound microscope integrated with a camera. It was just like looking through a common microscope. The only difference was that once I adjusted the resolution and magnification I then took pictures using computer software. The images were instantly saved and later I presented them to the class. The process is very simple; just point and click when you have a desired image. This image can be enhanced with computer software for better results.
