8000 employees across global locations’. This also included getting them brand aligned and creating a
back-up data base. This project has been in successful execution for the last 2 yrs.
2. Become Profitable: Part of global project ‘Saumill’ where company saved 100 million dollars. I lead
the project for Security function and contributed savings of INR 1 Cr by manpower optimisation and
security automation.
